The Internet is drastically changing; users can now access websites in a number of ways. With mobile phones, laptops, tablets, watches and gaming devices all becoming increasingly popular devices to access the Internet, mobile friendly websites have never been so important.
A mobile site can be developed in two ways:
A responsive mobile website will look much like your site when viewed on a computer but will conform to the size of the screen including the size of the text, buttons and images. It will morph the content in order to save viewers having to scroll and zoom around the page.
A mobile dedicated site is formatted to display on a specific mobile device. It is a different design with similarities and will often require an individual content structure. This is often the case for larger websites where it is uneconomical to build the entire site from scratch, but rather build a smaller, more ergonomic mobile-specific site with reduced content and a link to the full site.
